  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Billing and Payment

Pay-Per-Call Pricing

You will be charged for each qualifying call based on our published rates or your agreed-upon pricing. Pricing may vary based on:

  • Service type
  • Geographic location
  • Call duration and quality
  • Market conditions

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, you must notify us within 30 days. We will review call recordings and provide credits for calls that do not meet our qualifying criteria.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon invoice unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue balances.

5. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for service interruptions due to:

  • Technical issues or maintenance
  • Third-party service failures
  • Events beyond our reasonable control
  • Your equipment or connection issues

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Answer calls professionally and promptly
  • Provide accurate information about your services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not engage in deceptive or unfair business practices
  • Maintain appropriate licenses and insurance for your services

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to:

  • Engage in illegal activities
  • Make false or misleading claims
  • Harass or abuse callers
  • Violate any third-party rights
  • Interfere with our services or systems

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website and in our services are owned by C4 Agency or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our materials without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • We are not responsible for the outcome of calls or your business results

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold C4 Agency harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of our services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your interactions with customers
  • Your business practices

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to services will be discontinued
  • Outstanding balances become immediately due
  • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
